History:

Blackseries was created in 2013 during a late night conversation with my college roommate, Jonathan McClean. I created Blackseries solely for the purpose of posting black and white selfies of myself on Instagram. During our conversation, I told Jon that it was interesting to see how many people were liking my pictures. In his exact words he told me, “you should turn that into something.” Reflecting on our conversation, I decided to turn my middle school hobby of photography into a form of art by capturing only black and white pictures, which ultimately came to be Blackseries. Check out my website to see what Blackseries is all about.
